Second interview by Hotel Operations required
Minimum of two-three years of formal culinary training
Minimum five years experience of which at least two years working as a Chef Assistant/Chef de Partie (including apprentice ship) experience in kitchen environment
Must understand and be able to verbalize the fundamentals of cooking
Demonstrates a commitment to culinary career with a desire to grow within the F&B industry; demonstrates a passion for food
Must be proficient in all stations in the kitchen
Must be able to work with a multi-cultural team in a confined environment
Proficiency in safe food handling, HACCP / USPH
Knowledge and proficiency in following and converting recipes
Basic computer knowledge
Fluent English mandatory

Contracts: 6 months on/2 months off

Chef Assistant
Second interview by Hotel Operations and Culinary Recruiter required
Minimum two-three years formal culinary training
Minimum three-five years (including apprenticeship) experience in kitchen environment
Demonstrated leadership ability
Ship experience preferred
Must be proficient in all stations in the kitchen
Must be proficient in safe food handling, HACCP / USPH
Knowledge and proficiency in following and converting recipes
Demonstrates a commitment to culinary career with a desire to grow within the F&B industry; demonstrates a passion for food
Must have understanding of food cost and the impact of spoilage
Must be able to work with a multi-cultural team in a confined environment

Pool Service Supervisor
Professional work experience in a supervisory capacity
Display strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast paced multi-tasked environment, handling multiple requests/projects simultaneously on the Pool Deck
Ability to take action and follow through
Previous cleaning experience of some level
Experience working in a high guest service focused company
Relates well to guests of all ages
Excellent verbal communication skills
Be able to work with and use various chemicals and cleaners
Confidence to deal with difficult guests
Displays effective teamwork and exhibits sound judgment at all times
Fluent English mandatory
