Comments	I have 4 years experience on PSV ice breaker with steerprop SPO 4.5 ARC Kongsberg system and 5 months DSV with ROV and four points mooring system, in rank of OOW, also i have experience on ASD Tug in rank of Trainee Chief Mate. I have DP Induction certificate. On DSV i was: 1)responsible for the day to day operations regarding the navigational marine and radio communications equipment of the DSV, and responsible through delegation from the First Officer. 2)Being familiarised with the DSV and the operations and be able to replace the First Officer in the event of his disability or absence. 3)Focal point for the dissemination of the familiarisation requirements of the ISM Code. 4)Maintain all VHF/GMDSS equipment as per MPSV maintenance system. 5)Preparations and / or submission of Log Books, daily records, maintenance records, checklists and permits as laid down by various authorities having jurisdiction on the different continental shelves and in accordance with the company associated documents. 6)Preparation of sailing plan and preparation work On PSV i was: 1)Responsible for carrying out the Vessel's Maintenance Plan and imparting it to all responsible supervisors and superintendents on board. 2)Responsible for understanding and operating the ballast control system, the Power Management System and the functionality of the fire and systems. 3)Responsible for the vessel and all involved crew, ensuring HSE and company policies are set in place and followed as required according to STCW. 4)Responsible for all structural allocation of resources, personnel and equipment related to the vessels navigation, functionality and fire/system safety. Education: - High School diploma - Chief Mate License Unlimited Tonnage any Oceans Experience - Command experience as a vessel Mate - Experience in marine environmental and hazardous material regulations and procedures. - Experience in offshore marine operations and industrial environment Knowledge and Skills - Excellent leadership, communication and management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, other applicable software and computer control consoles.
