Comments	My name is Sergei Zarezin I’m Master on seagoing and offshore vessels. For the last eleven years I have been working in capacity of Master and Chief Officer on-board of seagoing vessels and offshore vessels and have seagoing experience of more than eighteen years total. I have a wide knowledge and experience in Safety and Security (ISM & ISPS code) besides SOLAS and MARPOL. Carried out annual review of Safety, Security, and other Companies manuals. Performed safety and security drills with crew on-board independently and in cooperation with office managers of the company. Issued and review of risk assessments, work permits and toolboxes.
