I lived in Canada for 9 years and worked there in different restaurants including WESTIN Hotel for two years I have got 15 years of culinary experience and 9 years of sea-going mostly with mixed crews and English-spoken as a Chief cook /Chef/Cook. The last two vessels, one of them was seismic,I was there for 2 years,we had 55 crew members from England, Norway, USA,Canada,Croatia, Australia etc.It was involved in oil & gas exploration worldwide. And I was in charge of catering operation on board as a Camp Boss, Chief cook/steward with my team in it. And the other was Sailing Passenger yacht where I was a Chef of the galley and and the Head of a restaurant on board.It was a new-built where I started from setting up the galley, making-up the menu, staff training in all aspects of culinary and general vessel Activities ,Inventory, food cost monitoring and such. I have got recommendation letters from senior superiors of recognisable companies as well.
