| Comments | Good day! Let me introduce myself. My name is Vadim Iurkov and I’m 21 years old. I was studying at the Admiral Makarov Maritime University up to the 4th course of Navigation Faculty. It is the most famous Maritime University in Russian Federation. I decided to change the form of my education on extramural education form, to have more opportunities to work at sea. I’m not afraid of hard working at Sea because difficulties helps me to grow and improve my character and it also gives an experience that is necessary for working as Watch officer in My future. My friends and comrades tells that I’m very sociable and responsible person and the Chief of my course in the University told the same thing. I decided to work at the sea because it is very interesting and responsible career. Seafarers are brave and responsible people who has a great knowledge in seamanship and I will strive to be like them or even better. I always do my best to achieve professional goals and during the internship I want to improve my professional skills, such as how I should observe navigating warnings, use all navigating equipment properly, steer the vessel etc. on the vessel with excellent crew, under the supervision of experienced Officers which are working in your Company. So, I think that the combination of my effective communication with people, hard-working and responsibility will be useful in Company. |
