Comments	I am Chief Engineer Andrey Savinkov. In 2010 I began to work for Palmali company in rank Second Engineer on Aframax crude oil tanker “Shah Denis”. Main engine on this vessel was MAN B&W 6S60MC-C. Since 2011 I started to work for the company in rank Chief Engineer on the sister ship "Absheron". I worked for the company seven years. The reason of leaving of the company was Novorossiysk Palmali crewing agency closed. It was necessary to looking for the new company for the further work. The following company was Seagen Group. I have fulfilled from the company two contracts. The first contract was in 2018 on Suezmax crude oil tanker “Tour 2” . Main engine on this vessel was MAN B&W 6S70ME-C7 with electronic control operation and the second contract was in 2019 on the sister ship “Aegean Star“. In present time I am on ashore. I have been working as Chief Engineer for 8 years. I have total work experience on tankers for 20 years. All the tankers were engaged in the transportation of crude oil and HFO throughout the world. I have experience with the electronic main engines – type MAN-B&W 6 S 70 ME-C7 (vessels “ Tour 2” and “ Aegean Star “) and experience with various types of diesel generators (Wartsila, Daihatsu, Yanmar, Hyundai), auxiliary boilers (Hitachi, Aalborg, Mitsubishi). Many visits and inspections have been completed, such as Shell, BP, Lukoil, US Coast Guard). I nave experience in dry dock: 1 month on the ship " Absheron " and 1 month on the ship “ Tour 2”. In present time I am on ashore. I would like to work for you Good Company because as far as I know your conditions of work and salaries are quite acceptable. I can start my work any time you like. Various Experience: Manage and supervision of engine crew, maintenance of Engine Room and Deck machinery. Organize of efficient inventory for spare parts and determine required consumables for voyage. Ensuring cargo operations, in relation to the engine room (continuous and reliable operation of boilers and steam turbines). Bunkering of the vessel (heavy fuel oil, diesel oil and lubricating oil). Training of ratings (engine crew). Experienced in ship maintenance computer programs: NS5, AMOS, DANAOS, Shipsure , PAL. Establish and maintain a repair list prior and during dry dock of the vessel. I have never failed during a lot of vetting inspections and port controls: Shell, BP, Chevron, Statoil vetting inspections, US Coast guard, flag state control, port state control, internal and external audits, terminal inspections. I nave experience with the job of Chief Engineer on tankers (deadweight 159 thousand tons). I have developed a lot of skills and habits from the representatives of the manufactures and Super attendants of the companies during dry dock (1 month on the ship " Absheron " and 1 month on the ship “ Tour 2”). I have to pay a lot of attention to administrative work that is why I am highly skilled in the use of different computer programs (Excel, Word, Outlook). Daily I do the job in such ship programs as AMOS DOS, AMOS Windows, DANAOS, Ship Sure, PAL. I am ready to board a ship any time. I will meet all the demands of the company’s policy and the administration of the ship. All necessary documents are ready including American visa. I was receiving good knowledge and skills in running energetic systems, International Marine Conventions, the work with modern electronic main engines, operating controlling cargo operations.
