Furthermore, I hold Master's license and I believe, that I am in all aspects ready to pretend for promotion to Master. I have strong experience on Multi-Purpose and General cargo vessels with self-discharging facilities. I am well familiar with different types of cargo cranes and loading/stability software, such as Cargo Assistant and Load Master. With over 10 years of experience as Chief Officer, I have gained a good set of professional skills in ship handling, cargo operations, ship maintenance, management of deck and catering personnel. Field of my experience also includes dry-docking and successful undergoing of various surveys and inspections. On top of that, I have a solid academic background. I graduated from St.-Petersburg State University for Waterways Communications in 2004. Aside from my technical competencies, I am a strong leader and communicator, who is able to build an excellent team work among personnel of my department. I have a good command of the English, which makes me naturally adopted to communication in international crew. My latest Marlins test score is 98%. On a personal level, I possess good communication skills and a can-do approach. I am available for interview at any moment and can start work at short notice.
