Comments	I am an Engineer in rank of Maintenance Supervisor or (1st / assistant Engineer) or (2nd Engineer) since 01/12/2003. I changed my certificate of competency from Second – Class engineer to First class engineer at 10/07/2013. I am Ukrainian, living in Ukraine. In my 18 years service at sea I have been working on different kinds of ships including FPSO, FSO, Oil Tankers, Chemical Tankers, Product Tankers performing the maintenance, overhauling, repairs of the High Pressure Boilers (Alborg); Main Engines and Auxiliary Engines of different makers (mostly B&W, Sulzer, Yanmar and Daihatsu). A few times I was involved in dry docking, assisting to repair all equipments and machineries. Since last 12 years I am serving on tanker ships (FPSO, FSO, Chemical and Products as well) with multinational crews.
