| Comments | During my studies I took two sea practices each six months in the position of deck cadet, one of which at rescue/pollution vessel “Navigator” at Black sea. After I graduated from university and passed the required courses and certification on position officer on watch, I got working diploma - certificate of competence. I had good reviews from ships and the company «SCF Novoship» after appropriate certification took me to work immediately in a position of third mate after each contract I had good reviews from the ships. Vessels on which I worked mostly deadweight of more than 100,000 tons, the last ship I worked for two continuous contracts - type of ship shuttle tanker ice class on which was the bow loading system, controllable pitch propeller and bow thrusters, the work areas were transportation of oil from FPSO to shore terminals of PERTAMINA oil company at Java sea oilfields. Works that I made on vessels: - navigation watch, cargo watch, safety equipment planned maintenance, fire and rescue equipment, emergency service radio equipment, trained crew in programs videotel & seagull, keeping bridge logbooks, port logbooks, drill logbooks, as the general operator has tested the GMDSS equipment, radio & GMDSS logbooks, medical logbook, garbage logbook, chronometer log book and other. I performed correction of nautical charts and publications, voyage plans and all calculations related to the plan, serving all navigation and GMDSS equipment at the bridge, made calculations commercial communication costs, costs for ship provisions and slop chest, prepared the documents for the arrival and departure from port and most of the paperwork on the bridge. Had no observations at my superintendence at numerous checks port state control, flag state, vetting inspections, internal & external audits and terminals inspections. Well know how to use astronomy and kept astronomical observations logbook. I made voyage plans as on paper charts and electronic ECDIS Transas & C-Map charts, serviced vessels computer network, updated all software programs have good skills with many computer programs Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. I was responsible for ship hospital and was appointed as a person rendering first aid. Performed part of ship's correspondence with head office of company in programs Amos & Outlook, correspondence with account department, safety dep., IT dep. Was in command at bow and the aft of vessels during mooring operations. Often involved in ship-to-ship mooring and cargo operations. Arriving on board first of all I try to get familiarized with the ship's documentation, instructions and admonitions companies, learn SMS manuals, innovations that have occurred during my vacation. I have the good skills of making cargo documents cargo plan, stowage plan, calculations based on the vessel's stability for the currently type of cargo, well experienced in the ships cargo and ballast systems. I have received several recommendations for promotion to chief officer position, passed needed courses and certification, and is currently changed Certificate of Competency to chief officer rank. I have extensive experience in the area of piracy as with guard and without it. Was attacked by Somali pirates, the ship was “NS Commander”, after several unsuccessful attempts of pirate to board the vessel, we due to ships maneuvering, pyrotechnics and water monitors & hoses to fend off pirates. Were rewarded and encouraged by the company. Had experiences in delivery of new tanker “NS Lotus” in South Korea, engaged in implementation of SMS regulations, procedures, manuals, organize LSA & FFE equipment. Can easily master the unfamiliar equipment, programs and mechanisms. Previous company where I worked is such global giants as SCF Novoship, ESTSA (Enterprises Shipping & Trading SA). I able to work in a mixed crew, different nationalities and religions. Respectful attitude towards all religions and ideologies colleagues. I'm a Christian religion, baptized. Try to smooth out all the rough edges in your work and communicating with subordinates as well as with the leadership. I am glad to pass any courses, examinations, tests and interviews. I have no bad habits, do not smoke or drink. My hobbies are computer programs, get interests in sports in particular fitness, swimming, basketball. In life and in communication is very calm and sensible, try not to create conflict situations, and to solve all problems in a peaceful way. Do not create conflicts. I always try to listen to a colleague in any task, try to help colleagues if they can not cope with the work, or do not know any working moments, when there are cadets on board try to give them more practical skills which they will need in their future work . In any serious marine operations, cargo, berthing, towing, mooring or other, try to spend familiarization and instructing subordinates to minimize possible risks.
