Just to give you and ship owner some idea regarding myself, please see next info: My self-evaluation Strong points: - I'm an adaptable person that adjusts to other needs, a disciplined and determined in everything that I do. - Proactive attempts to sort out problems and issues provide ideas for improvement; make full use of opportunities, Identify needs and come up with solutions, take steps to make job and the ship team better. - I always love to learn new things and I am a quick learner, having good interpersonal skills. An, always helper towards those who need it. Weak points: - I’m a "workaholic" if I don't get a job/goal, my ideas complete I will keep working sometime without not stop or until solutions found. - During rest time or vacation with family I am still keeping job or my plans with myself can't put in standby mode. Just if you like to know myself better, I’m always free and open for any discussions. I am sure that correct operation of the ships demands a perfect coordination of all together crew members only. All managers and supervisors must know each team player in a better close loop improvement of each other’s and cooperate to solve any problems ASAP as a one team. By my opinion, it is a responsibility that belongs to each member of the company ship and shore side, because the proper maintenance of personal relationship is as important as the maintenance of the vessel. The companionship and the team spirit must be a priority for everybody on board. The management needs to understand the general global system of Company industry and environment inside of the ship, as well as their necessary conservation, to find the more efficient mechanisms to deal with phenomena such as high priority rising levels problems. I am sure that we need to have made research and study on daily based line of the shipboard inside high priority issue and response on it. Instead of how most of the time departments they are living beginning of the issue to the let say next and next day and finally on the end of some days it coming already as one big problem for everyone. So, generally from time to time we need to look into our self too, we need to have always back up plans and push our self. And will be better to have beginning of the each of the working day already with backup plan in the pocket. In this case, it will be like a "Wind, sea rose - compass" with a different courses in case if you need to turn your "planed course" into the right direction! Generally I am so happy that I have something what I need to work on it and do my self-much better as a supervisor and manager always taking for consideration any advises. I am planning to spend my full working life time at sea or with Marine Industry, not looking for easy way and will do my seamen job as long time as I can. I am looking forward to become useful for your Organization. Note: I passed Train the Trainer course in Resolve Maritime Academy - FL, USA".
