Comments	Dear Sirs (Dear Madams), Chief officer having the Deep sea captain license and with rich experience of work on the mixed-manned fleet is looking for a job on continuing basis. Pavel, 50 years old, a citizen of Russia, resident of the Far East. There’s a positive experience with the crewing agencies of Ukraine. I aspire to the position of chief officer for bulk carriers. I have all valid documents and certificates in compliance with requirements STCW-78/95. I possess the valid U.S. visa. I have the enough experience for the dry bulk carriage of such cargoes as: metal billets, rounds, pigs, metal-roll, round wire, scrap metal, sulphur, ore and high-density bulk cargoes having stowage factor of 0.56 m3/tonnes of lower, coal, fertilizers, bulk cement, grain, etc. I have also good experience in use and maintenance of cranes (SWL 30,5 - 35 MT) and electrical controlled hydraulic grabs. Preferable minimum wage is thereabout USD6700. Expected tenure at sea - at about 6 months (6+1/-1). In my humble opinion I am completely ready to enter upon my duties for the moment, however I ought to obtain ECDIS TYPE SPECIFIC TRAINING CERTIFICATE (It depends from ECDIS model that has been installed onboard of the my prospective vessel).
