| Comments | Dear Sirs, I Graduated navigation department of Odessa National Maritime Academy in 2008 as bachelor and in 2012 as specialist. Now I work as 2nd Mate and I hold Chief Officer unlimited license. During this time I’ve got experience at container fleet and only 2 months as deck cadet on general cargo. The last contracts I worked on board of container vessel “Cape Mollini” and I was promoted to Chief Officer Rank. Also I have extensive experience in areas with heavy traffic, fishing activity and in shallow waters. I have experience in international crew with high requirements to spoken English. Being a member of a management team I handled with complicated tasks as well as demonstrated ability to work under pressure. The key points of my working experience are: maintenance of discipline and safety conditions on board, according to ISM & ISPS codes requirements, operating of GMDSS equipment, cargo handling, maintenance of LSA, FFE equipment and looking for company/clients' property. I was responsible for assistance to Ch. Officer & Master in all relevant questions. All my conventional certificates /documents are valid and I will provide the scans on your request.
