Education - Odessa national maritime academy (old name – Odessa higher engineering marine school)/Ukraine, 1974-1980. Degree - engineer-navigator. I have Deep Sea Captain certificate (not for tankers) and all necessary STCW-95 certificates, valid up to 25.05.2015. Have enough experience in shipping different types of cargo: steel, containers, bulk, grain, dangerous, fertilizers, general, forest products, etc., have experience on ships with cranes /derricks.
